Refund policy
Return Policy:We offer a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, returns or exchanges are not applicable on Rakhi items and personalised jewellery, except in cases of defective or spurious products. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and passes our quality check. Shipping charges (if paid) at the time of order are non-refundable. If any item (including free gifts or silver coins) is missing from the return package, AHOORA reserves the right to deduct up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund. For purchases made outside the official AHOORA Website, App, or Exclusive Stores, the return policy of the source of purchase will apply. In areas where reverse pick-up is unavailable, customers may be asked to send the product via India Post, and shipping charges up to ₹70 will be reimbursed. Any cost above ₹70 will be adjusted against the refund. In case of receiving an empty or tampered parcel, a 360-degree unpacking video must be shared with our support team within 48 hours of delivery for the claim to be considered.
